Pneumatic System (Cyclone System)
A pneumatic system is a set of pneumatic devices connected in a single chain. The cyclone system consists of an active cyclone, cooling cyclone, passive cyclone, and three rotary airlock valves.
Cyclone - part of the pneumatic system of the pelletizing line, designed to create airflow in the cooler, for feeding raw materials and returning dust.
The housing consists of a cylindrical section with an inspection hatch sealed by a cover. The hatch allows for monitoring the rotor (impeller) and removing any residual material from the housing and the rotor (impeller). The conical section of the cyclone has a door for cleaning in case material gets stuck in the cone.
The rotary airlock valve discharges raw material, pellets, and dust accumulated in the cyclone without compromising its airtightness. It consists of a housing and a shaft-impeller, mounted on two ball bearings located in the end covers of the housing. The drive is powered via a worm gear motor.
